What XD Tick is
XD Tick is a gamification and membership platform for F&B shops: cafés, tea and drink shops, and small to mid-sized chains with a counter. Customers scan a QR code at the shop, sign in with their phone number and play a mini game; the prize lands in their gift wallet and is redeemed at the counter.
The product is in development. We plan to invite 3–5 shops to a 30-day trial.
The problems it addresses
- Customers pay and leave: no name, no phone number, no way to invite them back.
- Paper stamp cards get lost or stamped twice, and the shop cannot count who returned.
- Discounts bring people in but do not keep them, and the shop cannot tell which promotion worked.
How it works
- The owner sets up the brand (colours, logo, mascot, its own link) and the prize stock.
- The owner creates a campaign in five steps: goal, game, prizes and limits, preview, publish. The app gives a QR code and a link for posters at the counter.
- Customers scan, sign in with phone OTP and play. The server decides the prize and checks plays, stock and time windows.
- Staff confirm vouchers on a counter tablet. Receipt codes and a rotating counter QR add plays or stamps when customers buy.
- Points, tiers, missions and in-app notices update automatically.
- The owner reviews the overview and campaign reports and exports CSV.
There is no AI in the product.
Scope
Does: 15 games, gift wallet, QR vouchers confirmed at the counter, stamp cards, receipt codes, tiers, missions and points; server-side prize decisions; brand landing pages; source-tagged QR codes; campaign reports and CSV export.
Not yet: Zalo messages, POS sync, CRM connection, a public web version, published pricing.
Will not: a free-form game builder, embedding into other websites by snippet, or AI deciding prizes.
