Optimizing digital acquisition and planning data-driven marketing campaigns to promote premium Japanese water purification systems in the Vietnamese market.

The Goal

CALLME Co., Ltd. is a dedicated provider of safe water treatment solutions in Vietnam, partnering with leading Japanese corporations for more than 24 years (featuring KITZ Group and KITZ Micro Filter products). In cooperating with X-DMAIC, Callme’s objective was to raise consumer awareness about the importance of "clean water, good water" and to directly scale their e-commerce sales.

Our Services

To achieve these goals, X-DMAIC executed a performance-oriented digital campaign structured around three operational areas:

1. Research & Content Approach

We conducted intensive research on Vietnamese household water consumption concerns. By leverage customer insights, we proposed highly engaging content angles that linked pure water to family health, driving traffic and establishing organic interest.

2. Strategy & Media Management

We planned and executed rigorous performance campaigns featuring structured A/B testing:

  • Tested multiple product angles, target audiences, and bidding models.
  • Tracked campaign KPIs to discover the absolute best strategy for ROI optimization.
  • Scaled high-performing ads to maximize budget efficiency.

3. Creative & Landing Page Design

We designed dedicated, high-converting landing pages focused on the "clean water, good water" solution. The landing pages combined technical product details with visual proof of KITZ's Japanese engineering to convert visitors into prospective buyers.
